I’m delighted and excited to have been invited to present an interactive session at PKF Francis Clark’s Tax Conference on 30 November 2016 at St Leonard’s Hotel near Ringwood. The subject will be: Understanding Your Value in the Workplace and How this Impacts on Motivation, Performance and Well-being. Tax teams from the Poole, New Forest and Salisbury offices will be getting together for this event.
Although this is a departure from my usual topic of Charging What You’re Worth, its foundation is identical – i.e. understanding your value. It is in fact, all about self-worth. Since self-worth is at the heart of everything you do, it impacts just as much on your motivation and performance as it does on your ability to charge effectively.
